Because of Rob’s willingness to test our products in his home, we’ve had the amazing experience of seeing how our products work from two perspectives – your point of view as the homeowner and ours as the contractor.
Naturally, as you would expect, Rob has experienced material failures from his tests over the years. This has allowed him the entire homeowner experience of product selection, installation, and warranty use.
In a particular instance, the material in question was a roofing product. It had a material defect that was causing granule loss in one section. At the time, the roof was nine years old and still under warranty protection.
So, he called and was able to see the amazing response from the roofing manufacturer. As this was one of our regular manufacturer-partners, it was an outstanding opportunity to see firsthand how the customer is treated.
These kinds of experiences allow us to know exactly what we’re selling you. We’re never misled into upselling you on a product that’s not worth it because we know its true value.
