Joanne’s window replacement project started with a visit from John, our exterior design specialist.

John, our salesperson, was so nice and helpful. He took the time to explain everything to us and gave us options.

In addition to covering all her options, John also spent time explaining exactly how windows lose heat and how replacing them can make a difference. With the completion of her project, she would see a dramatic improvement in her home’s energy efficiency.

Once completed, we met with Gabriel (one of the nicest people you could ever meet). He came to our home to do a final check on the job, give us warranty paperwork, and see if we had any questions or concerns.
