After completion, Jim, our project manager, returned and checked all the windows to make sure they were working properly. Everyone is completely thorough in their job responsibilities, and they are all super nice.

Jim also took the time to explain exactly how to maintain her new windows, which made her experience even more memorable.

Unlike most home improvement companies, we handle things a bit differently when it comes to your final approval of the project, as Nancy saw firsthand.

And a shout out to Gabriel, the customer care ambassador who returned later and went over the entire project to make sure we were satisfied and happy.

Instead of requesting an immediate walkthrough to determine your satisfaction, we allow you to experience your new products for around two weeks. Only then do we ask for your final approval. During our customer care visit, we also deliver you warranty registration information and maintenance guides.
